Crazy Cake: Super Moist Egg-less Chocolate Cake

Foodies try this out crazy cake super moist egg-less chocolate cake


1½ cups cake or all purpose flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar (I use 1/2 cup sugar)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water


Preheat oven to 350 degrees (180).

Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and sugar in a baking pan. Make 3 holes, 1 bigger. In the small ones pour vinegar in one and vanilla in the other. Pour oil  in the large one. Pour water over all and mix with a fork until smooth. Bake for 35 mins or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Don’t worry about how dry the cake crust looks when it comes out of the oven.

Decorate as desired or use this frosting…

Cocoa Yogurt Icing
1 tablespoon  margarine
2 cups icing sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 – 3 tablespoons yogurt

Beat the margarine until soft and smooth.
Add the icing sugar. Mix until the mixture is like fine bread crumbs
Add the cocoa and mix well.
Add the yogurt and mix until smooth.
